Service Description

Regardless of where you are starting, the education provided in this program is here to help you reclaim your health and take control of your choices in supporting your body , mind and emotions to function optimally. Your body has an innate ability to heal and rebalance itself when given the right tools. Feeding your body healthy nutrient-dense whole foods is not only effective in helping you feel great, but it is also a powerful ally in reversing so many of the lifestyle diseases we see today. Our genetics play only a part in our overall health. Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity and the symptoms of chronic low level stress are a result of our lifestyle and food choices. While you may not have control over your genes, you do have control over your food and lifestyle choices and therefore can prevent many of these diseases with some education and simple shifts in your food choices and lifestyle habits. This program is designed to set boundaries around the major foods that may cause inflammation, poor digestive health, unbalanced blood sugar and offer guidance in reintroducing them so that you can tell if they are right for your body. Combined with weekly action steps in healthy lifestyle habits, these 6 weeks are a place to start in tuning into your body and see how powerful nutrient dense foods + managing stress + self-care is for nourishing your whole body health.
